V5 Technologies has signed an agreement to use the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation’s (TDCC) “Platform for Stock Affairs Services (e-Counter Platform) ” to accept shareholder applications for stock-related matters using digital signatures.

For the stock affairs services currently available for application, please visit the TDCC website and refer to the information disclosed under the “e-Counter Platform.”

For other stock affairs services not yet available on the platform, please apply through our stock affairs agent using the current paper-based process with the original registered seal.
