Under this scheme, the company contributes 6% of each employee’s monthly salary to their individual pension account, based on the graded contribution table.

Profit Distribution and Employee Compensation Policy
According to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, if there is distributable profit after deducting items required by law, the Company shall allocate a portion for employee compensation.
The amount allocated for employee compensation shall not be less than 6% of the distributable profit.
Furthermore, at least 8% of the total employee compensation must be distributed to frontline employees, ensuring fairness in compensation distribution and upholding the principle of inclusive care.
